Terms and conditions governing your use of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Melbourne Southeast Chauffeurs or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though we will accommodate last-minute requests where possible.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted fare.
- No-shows or cancellations after the chauffeur has departed will be charged the full fare.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices quoted on our website are estimates and may vary based on actual distance, waiting time, tolls, and other factors. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking. We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, and major credit cards. Payment is due at the completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
5. Waiting Time
For airport pickups, we provide 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled arrival time (or actual landing time for tracked flights). For all other pickups, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is provided. Additional waiting time may be charged at a per-minute rate.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Any damage to vehicles caused by passengers will be charged accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if passenger conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safe and timely service, Melbourne Southeast Chauffeurs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the service in question.
8. Lost Property
If you leave personal belongings in our vehicle, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to return your property, but we are not responsible for any items left in our vehicles.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
